The terms of the sale are cash or half cash with the balance due June 1st, 2008 interest free.
Any disputes arising will be settled by the auctioneers.
Health
Cattle will be sold in compliance with the health laws of the Province of Alberta. This is in a tuberculosis and brucellosis free area. The most stringent herd health standards are maintained. We will complete all tests necessary for export. Females are all vaccinated for I.B.R.
All Sale Cattle have been treated with Ivomec.
Guarantee
All cattle guaranteed breeders. Standard Canadian Hereford Association Guarantee applies.

To central points in Western Provinces.
General Information
Cattle are at buyers risk as soon as sold, but will be well cared for until loaded out.
Insurance will be available and we ask that cattle left for delivery be fully insured.
We offer an order Buying Service. If you are unable to attend the sale just call Walter or Allen about this sight unseen fully guaranteed program. This simply means you have to like the Bull or Female when we deliver or we keep it. Mail order bids may be made to any of the Sales Staff.
2008 Sale Bulls
Our herd is enrolled in T.H.E. program of the Canadian Hereford Association. All records will be available for your examination on the sale day.
The bulls were raised on their dams without creep feeding until weaning. Calves were weighted in October and off tested in April 2007. During this time, all bull calves ran together in a large corral. They were fed a high roughage, light grain growing ration. No special attempt was made to hurry development or obtain high 365 day weights. Bulls were on pasture May to November 2007.
We have eliminated all bulls that did not meet our growth and conformation standards. These bulls show size and performance we demand in our breeding program. In the sale is the top of our herd’s production. We feel this is the most uniform quality group of bulls we have ever offered. Every coming 2 year old is in this sale.
Catalogue footnotes also include actual birth weight, 205 day Weight, 365 day Weight and E.P.D. information, B.W. Birth Weight, W.W. Weaning Weight, Y.W. Yearling Weight, M.M. Milk, and T.M. Total Maternal.
Directions to Sale
The sale will be held at the Ranch Headquarters near Castor, starting at 1:00 p.m. M.S.T., on Friday February 8thTuesday February 12th. The ranch is located 5 miles east and 3 1/2 miles north of Castor. Follow the signs from Highways 12 and 36.
Castor is located 180 miles north and east of Calgary, or 150 miles south and east of Edmonton. Both Calgary and Edmonton can be easily reached by any means of transportation.
